在最近举行的“2002中欧信息合作论坛”上，阿尔卡特首席技术官（CTO）Niel Ransom先生介绍了全球电信技术的发展趋势和在亚太地区的投资战略。Niel Ransom先生在电信领域有着丰富的研发经验，曾先后在ATT、南方贝尔、贝尔实验室从事研究工作，并拥有多个电信技术方面的专利。
At the recent “China-EU Information Cooperation Forum 2002”, Mr. Niel Ransom, Chief Technology Officer of Alcatel introduced the trend of global telecommunication technology and investment strategy in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Niel Ransom has extensive research and development experience in the field of telecommunications. He has worked in ATT, Bell Labs and Bell Labs and has several patents in telecommunications technology.
