目的 :研究大鼠杏仁中央核内 P物质标记神经元的分布和形态的增龄性变化。方法 :应用免疫细胞化学结合图像定量分析法研究 3月龄 ,9月龄和 2 4月龄大鼠杏仁中央核内 P物质标记神经元的变化。结果 :P物质标记神经元主要位于杏仁中央核的内侧亚区和腹侧亚区 ,随月龄的增加 ,P物质标记神经元出现明显的细胞数量减少 ,细胞面积增大 ,且 2 4月龄大鼠还出现细胞突起增多 ,伸长 ,弯曲等明显的形态改变。结论 :大鼠杏仁中央核内 P物质标记神经元的形态有明显的年龄变化
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of the distribution and morphology of substance P-labeled neurons in the central almonds of rats. Methods: The changes of substance P-labeled neurons in the central almond nucleus of 3-month-old, 9-month-old and 24-month-old rats were studied by immunocytochemistry combined with image quantitative analysis. Results: The substance P-labeled neurons were located in the medial and ventral sub-regions of central almond nucleus. With the increase of age, the number of substance P-labeled neurons decreased significantly and the cell area increased. Rats also showed increased cell protrusions, elongation, bending and other obvious morphological changes. CONCLUSION: The morphology of substance P-labeled neurons in the central almond of rats shows obvious age changes
