Malignant histiocytosis referred to as evil group, is a rare malignant systemic cell proliferation. This article reports 21 cases, both confirmed by cytology or histopathology. 21 cases of evil group of 16 males and 5 females. The youngest 7 months, maximum 13 years old. Mostly acute onset, fever and pale in 21 cases, bleeding tendency in 12 cases. 9 cases of skin and mucosal damage and rash, 8 cases of lymphadenopathy, 20 cases of hepatomegaly, 19 cases of splenomegaly.
