抗心律失常药对信号平均心电图(SAECG)是否有影响,目前正处在研究探讨阶段,尚未得到统一的认识。本文作者的研究目的是,前瞻性检测自发和诱发持续室速的患者,口服胺碘酮(Amiodarone)负荷疗法对SAECG和QTc的影响。
Antiarrhythmic drugs on the signal average electrocardiogram (SAECG) whether it is affected, is currently in the research stage, has not been a unified understanding. The authors of this study aimed to prospectively test the effect of oral amiodarone loading on SAECG and QTc in patients with spontaneous and induction of sustained VT.
