六吨转炉煤氧复合吹炼试验通过部级鉴定冶金部科技司于1986年12月24日至25日,在新抚钢厂召开了“煤氧复合吹炼扩大试验阶段鉴定及技术评定会”。六吨转炉煤氧复合吹炼试验课题,是冶金部科技司下达的由新抚钢厂和钢铁研究总院承担的重点科研任务。经过二年的努力,先后共进行了四次试验,生产了51炉钢,冶炼出合格钢锭500吨。试验中,每吨钢的耗煤量为50公斤,比顶吹炉多吃废钢15％,钢锭成本降低,每钢降低4.3元,冶炼时间并不延长,喷吹煤粉对脱碳、脱磷、脱硫都没有影响,喷粉量稳定可调,安全可靠。
