妇女产后胃癌少见.临床上易被忽视。我院1992年～1996年胃镜检查及手术发现并经病理证实13例妇女产后胃癌,现分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组病例平均年龄为29.2岁(26～34岁),在产后4个月发现2例,产后5个月9例,产后6个月1例,产后8个月1例。 1.2 症状与时间:13例病史均有饭后上腹部胀痛及空腹时灼痛。3例在妊娠初期出现症状,余10例均在妊娠中期出现症状。
Women’s postpartum gastric cancer is rare and clinically overlooked. Our hospital from 1992 to 1996 gastroscopy and surgery found and confirmed by pathology in 13 cases of postpartum women with gastric cancer, are analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: The average age of the patients in this group was 29.2 years (26 to 34 years old), 2 cases were found 4 months after childbirth, 9 cases were postpartum 5 months, 1 case was postpartum 6 months, and 8 months postpartum 1 example. 1.2 Symptoms and Time: All 13 cases had postprandial upper abdominal pain and burning on an empty stomach. Three patients developed symptoms in the early stages of pregnancy, and the remaining 10 patients developed symptoms in the second trimester.
