The Right Things Right model (see Figure 1) illustrates a company’s basic business decisions, business relationships, and business functions. Each of these business theories can correspond to some aspects of this diagram, which provides a framework for integrating different business theories. It is also a useful model to explain to employees the foundation of a company’s development. Finally, as described below, it can also serve as a practical tool for companies to select their quarterly priorities. In general, the key question at the top left of the model, Right Things, is: Does the company have a variable economy? Or, more explicitly
