这次全省经济体制改革工作会议是省政府决定召开的。主要是贯彻全国经济体制改革工作会议精神,总结去年我省改革工作,部署今年改革任务,全面推进我省经济体制改革工作。下面,我就做好新形势下的改革工作讲三点意见。一、充分认识新形势下深化改革的重要意义,进一步明确全省深化改革的总体任务要求改革是发展的强大动力。在省委的正确领导下,我们认真贯彻党中央、国务院的一系列方针政策,不断深化改革、扩大开放,有力地推动了国民经济的持续快速健康发展。特别是振兴吉林老工业基地以来,围绕增强发展的活力、动力和能力,我们全面深化重点领域改革,集中力量解决制约发展的突出矛盾和问题,取得重大
The provincial economic reform conference was decided by the provincial government.
