现行林业产值计算是分森林工业和农业——营林生产两个类别来进行,计划、统计体系上也是按两大部门计算。计算方法:森林工业产值是用森林工业当年产品产量乘以生产费用;营林产值的计算又分人造林木、林产品、生产大队和生产队木材采伐三部分组成。就是将三者各自的当年作业量乘以生产费用。笔者认为这种将森林的培育利用两个阶段分作两个部门来计算林业产值的方法弊端很多。首先是不利于统一考核经济效
