目前肿瘤导向治疗的临床效果尚不理想 ,关键的问题在于缺乏高效导向性的载体系统。而用肿瘤治疗中的目标受体从随机肽库中筛选出相应结合肽 ,并对其结构进行分析 ,得到该目标受体的模拟配体 ,并利用其与目标受体有强亲和力的特性可以将药物定向地输送到肿瘤细胞 ,改善治疗的效果。通常应用的随机肽库为噬菌体肽库。噬菌体肽库由于具有表型与基因型的统一 ,可以大量扩增 ,并能用于蛋白质二级结构的研究 ,而且操作方法具有快速、有效、简便等特点 ,从而在医学和生物学的基础理论研究和实际应用中都有非常广泛的用途
At present, the clinical effect of tumor-directed therapy is not satisfactory. The key problem lies in the lack of an efficient-oriented carrier system. Directly delivering drugs to tumor cells improves the effectiveness of the treatment. A commonly used random peptide library is a phage peptide library. The phage peptide library can be massively amplified due to the phenotypic and genotypic unification, and can be used for the study of protein secondary structure, and the operation method has the characteristics of being fast, effective, and simple, thus the basic theory in medicine and biology.
