有机汞试剂在有机合成中是一种非常有用的金属试剂,近年来又有了许多新的发展。通过汞试剂可以合成多种有机化合物。本文仅对它们的制备方法以及在形成C—H、C—X、C—O、C—N、C—S、C—P及C—C键方面的应用,作一简单介绍。一、有机汞试剂的制备方法 1.有机卤化物与金属汞的反应 R—X+Hg→RHgX 只有少数卤化物,如碘甲烷、苄基碘等能直接与金属汞反应;但大部分卤化物都容易与钠汞齐反应。
Organometallic reagents are a very useful metal reagent in organic synthesis. In recent years, there have been many new developments. A variety of organic compounds can be synthesized by using mercury reagents. This article gives a brief introduction of their methods of preparation and their applications in the formation of C-H, C-X, C-O, C-N, C-S, C-P and C-C bonds. I. Preparation of Organic Mercury Reagents 1. Reaction of Organic Halides with Metallic Mercury R-X + Hg → RHgX Only a few halides such as methyl iodide and benzyl iodide react directly with metallic mercury; however, most of the halides Are easy to react with sodium amalgam.
