以26座轧钢加热炉实测热平衡的结果为依据,通过对热平衡和炉子热效率的分析研究指出:减少出炉废气带走的热量、加强废热回收是轧钢加热炉进一步节能的重要途径。进而论述了控制合理的温热制度、正确组织燃料的燃烧、控制炉内压力和待轧时的保温降温等操作问题对加热炉节能的意义和效果,同时指明了目前在加热炉操作上存在的问题,以及提高炉子操作水平和节约燃料的途径。
Based on the measured heat balance results of 26 steel rolling reheating furnaces, the heat balance and heat efficiency of the furnace were analyzed. It is pointed out that reducing the heat taken off from the exhaust gas and enhancing the waste heat recovery are the important ways to further save energy in the steel rolling reheating furnace. Then it discusses the significance and effect of the operation problems such as controlling the reasonable warm system, correctly organizing the combustion of the fuel, controlling the pressure in the furnace and keeping the temperature and cooling at the time of waiting to be rolled out, and also indicates the current operation in the heating furnace Problems, and ways to improve furnace operation and save fuel.
