在开滦集团的人事管理体制中,离退休职工占一定比例,针对这部分人群的管理手段还比较落后,现有管理系统基本处于单机管理,专门应用于离退休职工的管理系统(网络版)在全国的离退休系统中尚属罕见。计算机管理功能未加以充分利用,不能很好地满足实际工作需要。为此,集团公司人力资源设计开发了离退休人员信息管理系统,并广泛应用于实际服务工作中,实现了企业退休人员与人力资源、社保经办机构之间的远程查询与资源共享。
