目的探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选取2012年12月—2014年4月上林县人民医院妇科收治的子宫肌瘤患者108例,将患者随机分成试验组和对照组,每组54例。试验组服用米非司酮及桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,对照组单纯服用米非司酮治疗,比较临床疗效及治疗前后血清激素水平。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组的促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)及孕酮(P)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效较好,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule on uterine fibroids. Methods From December 2012 to April 2014, 108 cases of uterine leiomyoma admitted to the People’s Hospital of Shanglin County were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with mifepristone and Guizhi Fuling capsule, while the control group was treated with mifepristone alone. The clinical efficacy and serum hormone level before and after treatment were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The FSH, E2, LH and progesterone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment of uterine fibroids better efficacy and safety.
