我国如今处于社会主义计划经济向市场经济转型的平稳过渡时期,在面对着经济快速发展的全球竞争市场,我国的各种所有制经济也保持高速稳定的发展,尤其是我国的电力企业发生了巨大的变化和发展。电力企业在全球市场的完全竞争中跨入了新的时代,拥有更多的发展机遇,而电力企业档案管理工作也面临着更多的挑战,不符合电力企业实际需求的档案管理工作都要进行改革。
