暴露-反应关系的研究是评价暴露与疾病因果联系的重要论据之一。本文从不同流行病学方法中的时间相关因素、时间相关因素作为潜在混杂因素以及计算肿瘤潜隐期时存在的有关时间相关因素等问题进行了综述。
The study of exposure-response relationship is one of the important arguments for evaluating the causal link between exposure and disease. This article reviews the time-related and time-related factors in different epidemiological methods as potential confounders and the related time-related factors in calculating the tumor’s latent period.
