在《上海金属》(有色分册)创立十周年的时候,我愿以市有色金属学会理事会的名义向编辑委员会、编辑部致以热烈的祝贺!并借此机会谨向为刊物的生存发展作出努力、给予支持关怀的各级领导和各界人士致以衷心的感谢!党的十一届三中全会开创了我国社会主义建设的新阶段,《上海金属》(有色分册)正是在那时诞生的。随着祖国改革开放和社会主义建设事业的蓬勃发展,我们的刊物不断成长壮大。十年来共出版55期,发稿2230篇,500多万字。近年来,本刊在国内颇受欢迎,并开始和国外一些有关刊物、学术团体建立了交换交流关系。这是我们的刊物信誉和知名度在提高的
