黄河流域水土保持科研工作协调小组第二次会议于1990年4月3日～6日在郑州召开,参加会议的有协调小组的成员、联络员、各攻关、重点课题的主持人及黄委会有关处室的代表40余人。会议由协调小组组长、水利部黄委会副主任庄景林,副组长、中科院综考委副主任张有实主持。 会议听取了协调小组办公室关于协调小组成立以来的工作总结报告;各课题主持人汇报了本课题工作的进展情况及已取得的阶段成果,有的还汇报了总成果报告大纲。会议还着重对《1991年～2000年黄河流域水保科研重点课题》、《黄河流域水保科研基金课题成果验收鉴定管理办法》和《黄河流域水保科研基金条例实施细则》进行了讨论修改。
The second meeting of the Coordination Group for Soil and Water Conservation Scientific Research in the Yellow River Basin was held in Zhengzhou on April 3-6, 1990. The meeting also focused on the “1991-2000 key scientific and technological research projects in the Yellow River Basin,” “the Yellow River Basin Research Fund Project Acceptance and Discipline Management Measures” and “the Yellow River Basin Soil and Water Conservation Research Fund Ordinance Regulations” were discussed and modified.
