目的构建乳腺癌患者术后性健康教育培训内容,为乳腺癌患者术后性健康教育提供依据。方法通过查阅文献拟订乳腺癌患者术后性健康教育培训内容,采用德尔菲法,对20名来自乳腺癌治疗、护理、性科学及心理学领域的专家进行2轮专家咨询,将形成的乳腺癌患者术后性健康教育培训内容经解释后,选取我院乳腺康复中心的60例乳腺癌术后患者对培训内容进行重要性评定,形成培训内容。结果构建的乳腺癌患者术后性健康教育培训内容包括医学知识、性科学知识、心理学知识和实践课4个板块,13项课程,42项教学内容。咨询专家及乳腺癌术后患者对各项指标的重要性意见趋于一致。结论本研究构建的乳腺癌患者术后性健康教育培训内容科学、可靠、实用性强。
Objective To construct postoperative sexual health education and training content for breast cancer patients and provide evidence for postoperative sexual health education in patients with breast cancer. Methods By consulting the literature to develop the content of postoperative sexual health education and training for breast cancer patients and using Delphi method, twenty experts from breast cancer treatment, nursing, sex science and psychology conducted two rounds of expert consultation and the formed breast cancer Patients after sexual health education and training content Interpretation, the selection of our hospital breast rehabilitation center 60 cases of postoperative breast cancer patients to assess the importance of training content, the formation of training content. Results The postoperative sexual health education and training for patients with breast cancer included four sections: medical knowledge, sexual science knowledge, psychology knowledge and practical course, 13 courses and 42 teaching contents. Consultation experts and postoperative breast cancer patients on the importance of the indicators tend to agree. Conclusion The postoperative sexual health education and training for patients with breast cancer constructed in this study is scientific, reliable and practical.
