甘肃省第一届各界人民代表会议,于一九五零年十月十二日选举邓宝珊为甘肃省人民政府主席,王世泰、张德生、马鸿宾为副主席,王治岐、史鼎新、余建新、吴鸿宾、李甫山、李培福、辛安亭、周祥初、俞方皋、段永新、孙作宾、徐国珍,马丕烈、马思义、马培清、马锡武、马济川、郭福金、陈成义、黄正清、黄祥、黄静波、杨一木、杨子恒、杨复兴、赵元贞、刘允中、蒋云台、薛兰斌、魏自愚等三十人为委员。兹奉中央人民政府命准到职视事。宝珊等遵于一九五一年二月二十一日到职视事,决竭诚奉行中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领,在中央人民政府暨西北军政委员会领导下,团结全甘肃各族人民,巩固人民民主专政,为建设人民民主的新甘肃而努力!此布。
