1 总则 1.1 为适应建立社会主义市场经济的要求,充分发挥机械工业各专业标准化技术委员会(以下简称“标委会”)的作用,加强管理与指导,推进与国际标准化组织(ISO)和国际电工委员会(IEC)的接轨,根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》及国家技术监督局《全国专业标准化技术委员会章程》,制定本细则。
1 General Provisions 1.1 In order to meet the requirements of establishing a socialist market economy, we will give full play to the role of the Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Standardization Committee”) of various professions in the machinery industry, strengthen management and guidance, and promote cooperation with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Committee (IEC), in accordance with the “People’s Republic of China Standardization Law” and the State Bureau of Technical Supervision “National Professional Standardization Technical Committee charter” to develop these rules.
