研究了经熔剂法预处理的碳钢热浸镀ZAS35锌合金工艺、ZAS35锌合金 /碳钢双金属制作工艺及双金属界面特性。试验表明 ,采用 70 0℃及 10min热浸镀法 ,铸型预热至 5 0 0℃ ,ZAS35合金液浇注温度为 70 0℃的工艺能获得结合良好的ZAS35锌合金 /碳钢双金属复合材料。微观结构分析表明 ,双金属结合界面处存在着Fe ,Al和Zn元素的相互扩散 ,且形成了Fe3Al和FeZn7等相。ZAS35和碳钢的结合面属冶金结合
The ZAS35 zinc alloy hot-dip galvanized carbon steel pretreatment process and the ZAS35 zinc alloy / carbon steel bimetallic production process and bimetallic interface properties were studied. The results show that the ZAS35 zinc alloy / carbon steel bimetallic composite can be obtained by preheating the mold to 500 ℃ and pouring temperature of 70 ℃ for ZAS35 alloy at 70 ℃ and 10min. . The microstructure analysis shows that the intermetallic diffusion of Fe, Al and Zn elements exists at the bimetallic interface, and the phases of Fe3Al and FeZn7 are formed.
