“十二五”时期,是我国加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚阶段,更是企业转型发展的重要战略机遇期。企业转型发展是企业战略定位的重大决策,最终成功与否直接反映于企业综合竞争力的提升。企业竞争力中最活跃的因素,是人的因素,企业转型本身就是全员理念标准的重新定位,是一次思想意识的转型。同时,企业在转型发展中,要建立健全更加贴近市场的运行机制,管理模式也会发生相应的自我完善,传统的思维定式、行为习惯必须改变。
