水利工程是关系到国家人民生活的大项目,由于工程的周期长规模广,投资较多,受到自然环境影响施工难度大,因此管理方面就会出现一些棘手的问题。工程投标时,也会存在着某些投机性行为,这就势必会给后期的施工进度以及质量造成一定的影响。另外,在施工中特别需要注意的就是管理,质量与合同的管理,为此,管理部门应高度重视,各方面会发生的问题,及早做出预防。
