为研究沥青混合料均质性对应变场分布影响,揭示材料分布与应变场分布之间的关系,首先,采用数字散斑方法得出间接拉伸试验沥青混合料应变场分布,并与沥青混合料灰度分布进行对比;其次,基于灰度分布提出均匀性评价指标——均质性指数,并通过均质性指数评价不同最大公称粒径沥青混合料均匀性;最后,通过均质性指数建立沥青混合料均匀性与应变场分布之间的联系。结果表明:应变场局部峰值区域灰度值变化较大,谷值区域灰度值变化较小;均质性指数方法是一种有效表征材料局部分布均匀性方法,相同评价尺度下,小粒径沥青混合料均匀性较好;均质性指数大的局部区域产生应变场峰值,均质性指数小的区域产生应变场谷值。
In order to study the influence of homogenity of asphalt mixture on the distribution of strain field, the relationship between material distribution and strain field distribution is revealed. In the same evaluation scale, The homogeneity of asphalt mixture is better; the peak of strain field is generated in the local area with large homogeneity index, and the valley of strain field is produced in the area with small homogeneity index.
