目的了解新昌县食品中主要化学污染物及有害因素污染水平,掌握新昌县食品安全状况。方法按《浙江省食品安全风险监测方案》的要求,2009年-2013年采集新昌县市售各类食品进行部分重金属、食品添加剂、有机磷农药残留等化学污染物的监测和分析。结果铅超标率为0.67%(2/300),镉超标率为1.15%(3/260),汞超标率为1.92%(5/260),铝超标率为31.43%(11/35);食品添加剂超标率为4.83%(16/331),其中甜蜜素超标率为10.53%,糖精钠超标率为5.00%,苯甲酸、山梨酸超标率为7.50%;蔬菜有机磷农药残留超标率为6.43%。结论新昌县市售多类食品存在不同程度的有害化学物的污染,应引起各监管部门重视,加强食品生产加工及市场销售等各环节的监控和监督检查,及时控制以消除食品安全隐患。
Objective To understand the major chemical pollutants in food and harmful pollution levels in Xinchang County and to grasp the food safety situation in Xinchang County. Methods According to the requirements of “Zhejiang Food Safety Risk Monitoring Program”, from 2009 to 2013, various kinds of foodstuffs marketed in Xinchang County were collected for the monitoring and analysis of some chemical pollutants such as heavy metals, food additives and organophosphorus pesticide residues. The results showed that the exceeding standard rate of lead was 0.67% (2/300), the exceeding standard rate of cadmium was 1.15% (3/260), the exceeding standard rate of mercury was 1.92% (5/260) and the exceeding standard rate of aluminum was 31.43% (11/35) The over standard rate of additive was 4.83% (16/331), in which the superscript rate of sodium cyclamate was 10.53%, that of sodium saccharin was 5.00%, that of benzoic acid and sorbic acid was 7.50%, and that of vegetable organophosphorus pesticide exceeded 6.44% . Conclusions There are some kinds of harmful chemical pollution in many kinds of foods on the market in Xinchang County, which should be paid great attention to by regulatory authorities. The monitoring, supervision and inspection of food production, processing, marketing and other aspects should be strengthened and timely controlled so as to eliminate hidden dangers of food safety.
