近年来社会对高职专业的认可程度主要取决于近两年毕业的学生能否顺利对口就业,这就导致专业对口就业率直接关系到某个专业是否有存在的必要性。学生的职业素养直接影响着学生的就业选择及其效果,本文基于北京社会管理职业学院学前教育专业的《婴幼儿托管项目》活动的进展,探讨了提升学生职业素养的有效途径。近两年来出现的生源不足,各同级院校之间生源竞争激烈,学生专业对口就业的问题更为受到重视。
In recent years, society’s recognition of higher vocational major depends mainly on whether students graduated nearly two years counterparts employment, which led to the professional counterpart employment rate is directly related to the existence of a professional is necessary. The professional accomplishment of students directly affects the choice of employment and its effect. Based on the progress of “infant care project” of preschool education in Beijing Institute of Social Management, this article discusses the effective ways to enhance students’ professional accomplishment. In recent two years there has been a shortage of students. Students from all walks of life have fierce competition from students and counterparts, and more attention has been paid to students’ professional counterparts.
