国内住院医师培训工作起步较晚,尤其是在中医医院。在实施过程中,很多中医院仍存在医院科室需要决定规培医生培养科室的情况、规培医师科研能力不强、中医药知识和中医技能教育不足等问题,本文结合西南医科大学附属中医医院开展住院医师规范化培训的实际,对中医医院开展住院医师规范化培训的实践情况进行调查、总结、分析,并在此基础上提出住院医师规范化培训的优化探讨,并为其他中医院的学员培训提供参考。
Domestic residency training started relatively late, especially in Chinese medicine hospitals. In the process of implementation, many TCM hospitals still need to decide on how to cultivate departments according to their regulations, lack of scientific research capacity, lack of knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and inadequate education of Chinese medicine skills. In this paper, we combine TCM hospitals in Southwest Medical University The actual situation of standardized training for residencies, the investigation, summary and analysis of the practice of standardized residency training in Chinese medicine hospitals, and the optimization and discussion of standardized training of residencies on the basis of this, and provide reference for the training of trainees in other Chinese medicine hospitals.
