鲁枣14号是金丝小枣自然实生,是适于鲜食及鲜枣加工果汁、果酱枣新品种。果实短卵圆形,果个较小,平均单果重5.2 g,最大单果重5.6 g,果实橙红色;果肉绿白色,肉质细、疏松,汁液中多,酸味较浓,风味独特,鲜食品质上等;可食率90.80%,鲜枣可溶性固形物含量33.20%,总酸含量2.14%,维生素C含量7 630.00 mg/kg;在山东省泰安市,果实9月5—15日成熟,果实发育期95~100天。2012年12月通过山东省林木品种审定委员会审定。
