为探讨 CYFRA 2 1- 1在肺癌中的临床应用价值 ,用 EIA测定 5 5例良性肺病患者和 97例肺癌患者血清CYFRA2 1- 1水平。结果显示 ,肺癌组明显高于健康组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。以大于 3.3μg/L为阳性判断值 ,良性肺病组和肺癌组的阳性率分别为 1.80 %和 5 1.5 5 %。各型肺癌的阳性率在 37.5 0 %~ 6 2 .79% ,以鳞癌为最高 ,在 + 期与 a期肺癌患者间有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) , a与 b期肺癌患者间有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。 12例肺癌患者术后15天下降至正常水平。由此认为 ,检测 CYFRA2 1- 1在肺癌、尤其是鳞癌的鉴别诊断、治疗监控、考核疗效以及判断预后有重要的临床应用价值。
To investigate the clinical value of CYFRA 21-1 in lung cancer, CYFRA21-1 levels in 55 patients with benign lung disease and 97 patients with lung cancer were determined by EIA. The results showed that the lung cancer group was significantly higher than the healthy group (P < 0.01). With a positive judgement value greater than 3.3μg/L, the positive rates in benign lung disease group and lung cancer group were 1.80 % and 5 1.5 5 %, respectively. The positive rate of various types of lung cancer was 37.50% to 62.79%, which was the highest in squamous cell carcinoma. There was a significant difference between the patients with stage + and stage a lung cancer (P < 0.01), stages a and b. There was a significant difference between lung cancer patients (P < 0.01). Twelve patients with lung cancer fell to normal levels 15 days after surgery. Therefore, the detection of CYFRA21-1 has important clinical application value in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer, especially squamous cell carcinoma, treatment monitoring, assessment of efficacy and prognosis.
