在与跃龙厂的短暂接触过程中,我们深为该厂的勃勃生气所打动。他们方向明,信心足,一个劲地研制新产品,千方百计向外挤,对祖国的“四化”事业作出了越来越大的贡献。为了让更多的厂家学到跃龙厂的企业管理经验,我刊决定自本期始较系统地将其总结发表。“跃龙”是“龙头”,别的厂跟上。在报道跃龙厂的同时,我们还将报道上海有色线材厂等单位的先进企管经验。我们相信:现代化的科学管理,必将极大地推动我们有色金属工业的发展。
