一个容器盛满水时,打开其下的水口放水,根据水力学原理,水流到一定量时就会在水面上产生旋涡,其旋涡随液面的下降而加剧。出钢时由于出钢口淹没在钢液之中,钢液下降到一定程度,液面也有旋涡产生,使钢液带渣。我们研究了这个问题,作了大量试验,找出解决的办法。坚持正确的摇炉制度,调整加挡渣球的时间,用挡渣球来消除出钢过程后期钢液面产生的旋涡,从而达到无渣出钢的目的。
