目的回顾性分析本院产妇医院感染分离的铜绿假单胞菌产AmpC酶基因型。方法采用VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪鉴定细菌;采用头孢西丁纸片扩散法筛选产AmpC酶菌株;采用细菌基因组提取试剂盒提取细菌DNA;采用PCR和DNA测序检测分析AmpC酶基因型别。结果 47株铜绿假单菌经头孢西丁敏感试验选出疑产AmpC酶菌株9株,9株疑产AmpC酶菌株经PCR检测均在405 bp处出现阳性条带,经DNA测序证实均为DHA-1型AmpC酶。结论本院产妇医院感染铜绿假单胞菌检出率较高,AmpC酶基因型以DHA-1型为主要流行株。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the AmpC genotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from maternal hospital in our hospital. Methods The bacteria were identified by VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbial analyzer. AmpC enzyme was screened by cefoxitin disc diffusion method. Bacterial genomic extraction kit was used to extract bacterial DNA. AmpC enzyme genotypes were detected by PCR and DNA sequencing. Results 47 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected by the cefoxitin susceptibility test, and 9 strains of AmpC isolates were selected. Positive strains of AmpC were detected at 405 bp by PCR. -1 AmpC enzyme. Conclusion The detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in hospital maternity hospital is higher, and the genotype of AmpC enzyme is DHA-1 type.
