随着国民经济的飞速发展,我国建筑施工企业也得到了快速的发展,建筑市场竞争日趋激烈,加强企业内部控制对提高建筑施工企业的经济效益具有重要的现实意义。文章分析了目前建筑施工企业内控管理上存在的主要问题,针对这些问题提出了几点对策措施,以期进一步加强建筑施工企业的内控管理。
With the rapid development of the national economy, China’s construction enterprises have also developed rapidly. The competition in the construction market is becoming fiercer and fiercer. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the internal control of enterprises to improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
