随着我国的社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和卫生经济体制改革的深入推进,医疗行业中的竞争日益加剧。为此,医院在不断加大投入,置办先进设备,拓展服务领域与职能的同时,还要强对固定资产的管理。如何科学有效地管理好医院的固定资产,充分发挥其应有效能,提高医院的经济效益和加强社会服务影响,已成为医院在市场竞争中的重要的问题。本文从医院固定资产管理现状中存在的问题入手,并试图探讨出解决这些问题的有效对策。
With the continuous improvement of China’s socialist market economic system and the deepening reform of the health economic system, the competition in the medical industry is increasingly intensified. To this end, the hospital continued to increase investment, set up advanced equipment, expand service areas and functions, but also stronger on the management of fixed assets. How to manage the hospital’s fixed assets scientifically and effectively, give full play to its due efficiency, improve the economic benefits of the hospital and strengthen the influence of social services has become an important issue for the hospital in the market competition. This article starts with the problems existing in the status quo of hospital fixed assets management and tries to find effective countermeasures to solve these problems.
