通过对 TC11两相钛合金热加工历史的跟踪研究发现 ,锻后组织形态、相比例、晶粒大小及相分布的均匀程度主要与原始组织形态、变形温度、变形程度、退火温度及退火保温时间等参数有关。若锻前组织被处理成马氏体 ,则可依据马氏体针的粗细 ,在锻造时施加不同的变形量 ,经退火后可分别获得等轴 α+ β、网篮状、网篮状加魏氏组织等。力学性能与获得的组织形态密切相关 ,高倍为等轴α+β细晶组织时塑性高、而网篮状加魏氏组织的持久强度高
