近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断深化与发展,企业文化建设问题越来越引起人们的关注与重视。政治思想工作主要是围绕着企业经营来开展的,与企业文化建设之间存在着非常紧密的联系,能在很大程度上推动企业的文化建设,并进而促进企业的整体发展与进步。鉴于此,本文拟从政治思想工作与企业文化建设之间的关系、政治思想工作在企业文化建设中发挥的作用以及有效开展政治思想工作的对策等几个方面来进行分析与阐述,以期加深对这一问题的认识与理解程度。
