隆冬时节,笔者来到黔北最边远的木入台村寨。 木入台村位于川黔交界线处,这里海拔低、水源好、稻田多、产量高,至今仍保留着粮多、猪多、肥多的传统生产格局。可前些年与毗邻四川的一些村寨相比,发展变化却不大如人意。相距咫尺,人家晚上电灯亮堂堂,汽车开到家门口,采煤厂、加工厂、砖瓦厂办了一个又一个;而自己村晚上一片黑沉沉,运输还是靠肩挑背驮,卖的出不去,买的进不来,村民们要求当干部的把村的模样变一变。
