为探讨地塞米松对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时谷氨酸受体(GluR)的影响,作者检测了新生猪HIE时前脑皮层粗制突触膜上GluR的变化,并在建立HIE模型前后分别使用不同剂量地塞米松,观察其对GluR的影响。结果:建立HIE模型前使用地塞米松(10mg/kg)组,其3H-Glu的结合位点数显著低于HIE模型组及其余各用药组(P<0.05),但各组间GluR的亲和力无显著性差异。表明预防性大剂量使用地塞米松(10mg/kg)能减少3H-Glu与其受体结合,对HIE可能具有保护作用。
In order to investigate the effect of dexamethasone on glutamate receptor (GluR) in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), we examined the changes of GluR in the synovial membrane of synovial membrane of forebrain cortex in HIE Before and after the establishment of HIE model, different doses of dexamethasone were used to observe its effect on GluR. Results: Before HIE model was established, dexamethasone (10 mg / kg) group had significantly lower number of 3H-Glu binding sites than HIE model group and the other drug groups (P <0.05) Affinity no significant difference. This suggests that prophylactic high-dose dexamethasone (10 mg / kg) may reduce the binding of 3H-Glu to its receptor and may have a protective effect on HIE.
