按照木工机床噪声测试方法的标准ZBJ65015-89,用ND2型精密声级计和双频声波过滤器对MJ90和MJC1125型精密裁板锯的噪声进行测试。测试结果表明精密裁板锯空载噪声源主要来源于主锯片,它的空气动力性噪声是最大的。因为空载噪声随着速度而增加,所以旋转速度是影响精密裁板锯动态特征的一个重要因素。为了减少精密裁板锯的噪声,第一种重要方法就是减少主锯片高速旋转所产生的空气动力性噪声。为确保加工质量,选择低速是减少噪声的好方法。从这个设计观点看,夹持盖的直径宜取主锯片外径的一半左右。图2表3参8。
The noise of the MJ90 and MJC1125 precision panel saws was tested with the Model ND2 Precision Sound Level Meter and Dual-Frequency Acoustic Filter in accordance with the standard ZBJ65015-89 for woodworking machine noise testing methods. The test results show that the precision panel saw saw no-load noise source is mainly from the main saw blade, its aerodynamic noise is the largest. Because no-load noise increases with speed, the rotation speed is an important factor that affects the dynamic characteristics of a precision panel saw. In order to reduce the noise of a precision panel saw, the first important method is to reduce the aerodynamic noise generated by the high-speed rotation of the main blade. To ensure the quality of the process, choosing low speed is a good way to reduce the noise.
