目的 探讨蓣杞提取液抗衰老的机理。方法 通过给健康小鼠颈背部皮下注射D -半乳糖 ,建立亚急性衰老模型 ,观察该提取液对亚急性衰老小鼠体内脂质过氧化物 (LPO)水平、抗氧化酶 (SOD和GSH -Px)及单胺氧化酶 -B(MAO -B)活性、脂褐素与羟脯氨酸 (Hyp)含量的影响。结果 ①蓣杞提取液可降低亚急性衰老小鼠肝组织LPO水平 ,将肝组织和红细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和肝组织与全血中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性恢复至正常对照水平。②蓣杞提取液能够抑制亚急性衰老小鼠肝及脑组织中MAO -B活性。③蓣杞提取液可降低亚急性衰老小鼠肝及心脏组织中脂褐素含量。④蓣杞提取液能有效升高亚急性衰老小鼠心、肝及肌肉组织中羟脯氨酸含量。结论 蓣杞提取液具有抗衰老作用 ,其作用机理可能是多方面的。①通过提高体内抗氧化酶活性 ,抑制脂质过氧化反应 ,从而减少了脂质氧化对生物大分子的破坏 ,保护了细胞的结构和功能。②抑制或降低机体MAO -B活性 ,调节内分泌系统功能。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of anti-aging of earthworm extract. Methods A sub-acute aging model was established by subcutaneously injecting D-galactose into the cervical spine of healthy mice. The level of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidant enzymes (SOD and GSH) in the subacute aging mice were observed. Px) and monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) activity, lipofuscin and hydroxyproline (Hyp) content. RESULTS: 1. Extracts can reduce LPO levels in liver tissues of subacute aging mice, and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and liver tissues in liver and red blood cells and glutathione peroxidase in whole blood ( GSH-Px) activity returned to normal control levels. The extract of Radix Paeoniae Alba can inhibit the activity of MAO-B in the liver and brain of subacute aging mice. 3 extracts can reduce lipofuscin levels in liver and heart tissue of subacute aging mice. The extract of Rhizoma lychnophora can effectively increase hydroxyproline content in heart, liver and muscle tissue of subacute aging mice. Conclusion The wolfberry extract has anti-aging effects, and its mechanism of action may be many. 1 By increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the body and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, the destruction of biomacromolecules by lipid oxidation is reduced, and the structure and function of cells are protected. 2 inhibit or reduce the body’s MAO-B activity, regulate endocrine system function.
