继8月16日首届中国传统武术 节在人民大会堂举行了新闻发布会后, 11月3日,在春城昆明举行了第二次 新闻发布会。 由国家体育总局武术运动管理中 心、中国武术协会共同主办,云南省开 远市人民政府承办的首届中国传统武 术节(以下简称“武术节”),将于 2005年11月20～22日在云南省开远 市举行。这是第一次全国性的传统武术 大赛,共有来自包括香港特别行政区在 内的20个省、自治区、直辖市的40多 支代表队参赛,运动员人数500多人。
Following the press conference held on August 16 at the first Chinese Traditional Wushu Festival in the Great Hall of the People, a second press conference was held on November 3 in Kunming, Spring City. The first Chinese Traditional Wushu Festival (hereinafter referred to as “Wushu Festival”) hosted by the Wushu Management Center of the State Sports General Administration and the Chinese Wushu Association and hosted by the People’s Government of Kaiyuan City of Yunnan Province will be held on November 20-22, 2005 in Yunnan Provincial Far away held. This is the first national traditional martial arts competition. More than 40 teams from 20 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, participated in the competition. The number of athletes is more than 500.
