目的:对不同产地的木芙蓉叶中微量元素含量进行考察。方法:用原子吸收分光光度计和原子荧光光度计测定木芙蓉叶中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Se、As的含量。结果:不同产地对木芙蓉叶中微量元素有显著性影响,高坡甲定村的木芙蓉叶中有害微量元素含量最低,有益微量元素含量最高。结论:方法快速、稳定、准确。
Objective: To investigate the content of trace elements in the leaves of Hibiscus fortunei in different habitats. Methods: The contents of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Se and As in Hibiscus mutabilis L. leaves were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results: The contents of trace elements in the leaves of Hibiscus syriacus were significantly affected by different habitats. The content of harmful trace elements was the lowest in the leaves of Hibiscus indica in Gaopojiding village, and the content of beneficial trace elements was the highest. Conclusion: The method is fast, stable and accurate.
