本研究应用(60)Co-γ射线辐射处理暗柳橙接穗,选育出“9-4-204”优良变异枝系。该枝系平均单果种子数为0.6粒,单果重145g;化渣;丰产稳产,其他性状保持亲本暗柳橙的优良特性。对该枝系的花粉育性和染色体行为观察结果表明:由于辐射诱发染色体联会消失,致使花粉败育,产生二倍体水平的无核突变。
In the present study, the scion of dark orange was treated with (60) Co-γ radiation and the excellent mutant “9-4-204” was bred. The branches of the average number of single fruit seeds 0.6, fruit weight 145g; slag; high and stable yield, and other traits to maintain the parental characteristics of dark orange. Observations on pollen fertility and chromosome behavior of the branch showed that the pollen abortion resulted in a diploid-level nuclear-free mutation due to the disappearance of the chromosome-associated chromosomes.
