目前青少年违法犯罪现象凸显严重,已成为了世界各国所面临的严峻的社会问题。怎样有效地预防青少年犯罪,对有犯罪倾向的青少年实施有效的心理干预,已成为各个学科需要研究与解决的课题。笔者及课题组在分析了160余宗青少年犯罪案例的基础上,拟将音乐治疗学、音乐心理学与青少年犯罪心理学、青少年犯罪心理干预等学科的相关理念与理论相结合,力争运用音乐的手段(方式)干预青少年犯罪心理、预防青少年犯罪、控制青少年犯罪低龄化;着力厘清音乐的手段(方式)在对有犯罪心理的青少年实施心理干预和治疗过程中,所具有的独特的功效和作用。
