目的探讨产前区药品的规范管理确保用药安全。方法通过成立药品管理小组,规范用药,加强护士药品知识的培训和学习。由专管药品护士定时对本病区药品进行检查清退。药盒做相应标志,按药品储存条件保存药品,规范药品的摆放秩序和取用流程。结果果产前区未再出现药品过期、变质、混放的现象。结论论规范化管理保证病区用药的有效期,在有效期内有效品质的药品保证了病区的用药安全。
