目的:以牡蛎为石性药代表作研究对象,为合理掌握石性药的浸出方式提供参考。方法:以配伍浸出变化率及A值变化率为指标,考察其对同一处方中熟大黄、黄芩、蒲黄、枳实4味药材配伍浸出效果的影响。结果:牡蛎与这几味药材共煎,可在一定程度上降低浸出物收率,但不会引起熟大黄、枳实指标成分的损失,仅对黄芩甙的含量有一定影响。结论:牡蛎浸出方式的选择,宜考虑处理好工艺与剂型的关系。
Objective: To use oysters as representative of stone medicines as research objects, and to provide reference for reasonably grasping the leaching methods of stone medicines. Methods: The change rate of compatibility leaching and the change rate of A value were used as indexes to examine the effect of compatibility of Rhubarb, Astragalus membranaceus, Puhuang and Fructus Citri Reacum var. Results: Oysters were co-fried with these herbs, which could reduce the yield of leachate to a certain extent, but it did not cause the loss of ripening rhubarb and ramification index components. It only had a certain influence on the content of Scutellaria baicalensis. Conclusion: The choice of oyster leaching method should consider the relationship between the process and dosage form.
