橙味松果墨鱼粒主料鲜墨鱼400克。配料鲜橙、松仁、青红椒、法香适量、味精、盐、胡椒面、面粉、料酒、葱、姜等。制法①先将墨鱼片改刀成玉米粒大小丁,橙子肉、青红椒切成小丁,墨鱼用调料上浆。②把整个橙子刻成花刀分成两半,周边围上法香备用。③把浆好的墨鱼用温油滑熟,锅放油、葱、姜煸炒,放人墨鱼及配料、调料,勾芡,盛入橙子中。特点墨鱼粒鲜嫩有果香味,加入橙粒,松仁口感更好,营养丰富。
