病历摘要患者男性,43岁,汉族,已婚,甘肃省会宁人.因咳嗽、痰中带血半年,消瘦两月,于当年2月5日入院.该患于入院半年前始有咳嗽、咯痰、痰中带血,右下胸隐痛,但无气短、发热、盗汗.5个月后出现食欲减退、厌油、消瘦(体重较病前减少8公斤).后经某院检查发现肝脾肿大,双肺有结节状阴影.既往健康.入院检查 T:86℃,BP130/70毫米汞柱,发育营养中等.巩膜轻度黄染.两肺闻及散在湿罗音,心脏听诊正
