减少交通运输行业碳排放是全球范围内的一项艰苦任务。我国交通运输行业低碳发展形势严峻,本文提出要以国家社会经济发展战略为契机,推进整个行业低碳发展的建议。一方面强化低碳的硬件基础设施建设,构建低碳节能的综合交通运输体系,另一方面,提升交通运输行业低碳发展的软实力建设,特别是提高行业低碳发展的科技支撑能力。此外,本文还提出提升交通运输行业应对气候变化的适应能力建设的建议。
Reducing carbon emissions in the transport sector is a daunting task on a global scale. The low-carbon development of China’s transportation industry is in a serious situation. This paper proposes to take the national social and economic development strategy as an opportunity to promote low-carbon development of the entire industry. On the one hand, it will strengthen the construction of low-carbon hardware infrastructure and build an integrated transportation system with low carbon and energy saving. On the other hand, it will enhance the soft power of low-carbon development in the transport sector, in particular, enhance its technological support for low-carbon development in the industry. In addition, this article also put forward proposals to enhance the transportation industry to adapt to climate change.
